How can I place an order?
For each product in the webshop is a button "Add to cart". Before you add the item in your shopping cart you can choose a number and additional options. Once you have added your product to your shopping cart you'll see your product was successful added to the shopping cart: name PRODUCT "is successful in your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart to complete your order, or close this window to continue shopping. 
By clicking on "go to your shopping cart" you can see the entire contents of your shopping cart. The ordering process consists of four steps. At every step it explains what you have to do and when you can carry out the payment. After going through all the steps and your order is placed you'll get a confirmation by e-mail.

I have no confirmation of my order, did my order arrive?
If you place an order online and you have passed your email address, you will receive an order confirmation directly through your email. Here you can find an overview of your order. Pay attention if you've missed in your spam box or unwanted emails. Do you stil haven't received an order confirmation? Please send us an email to

Can anyone help with placing an order?
Of course we help you gladly! Little Dreamers is accessible on Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 via Of course you can email us when our openinghours are due, it could be that it takes a little longer before I can reply.

Are all the products in stock?
No, all products are made once you have ordered, unless we have indicated otherwise on the product in question. We strive for a delivery time of up to three weeks so you'll have your ordered item as soon as possible.

How can I pay in the Web shop of Little Dreamers?
In the shopping cart you can directly choose the payment method (your account is still not taxed). At Little Dreamers you can pay safe and easy via Bancontact/Mister Cash, iDEAL, Paypal, SOFORT Banking, Visa and MasterCard.

iDeal works directly with 9 major banks in the Netherlands: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Rabobank, Knab, regions Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and van Lanschot. After you have chosen for iDEAL you can select your preferred bank to forfill your payment. 

The actual payment takes place after in the familiar environment of the bank's website. In this environment, the bank guarantee for safety. Buyer and seller are assured of a transparent transaction, with no hidden fees.

I have done a payment, how do I now know for sure that it's paid?
If you've paid you will receive a confirmation that your payment has been received and that we're going to produce the purchased products.

I have paid, but haven't received a confirmation? 
If you place an order online and you have passed your email address, you will receive an order confirmation directly through your email. Also you get Little Dreamers a confirmation as soon as we have received your payment. Look good or you have missed in your other mail or unwanted emails. Do you still have no payment confirmation? I do have paid, but still no order?
The product you have ordered usually has a delivery time up to three weeks. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to ship, so we know for sure that you are at home to receive the ordered item.

When will my order be delivered?
Upon receipt of payment, the order for you by hand. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Once your order is complete we will contact you to discuss the supply, so that we know for sure that someone is at home to accept the package. Orders are sent via a courier service and Little Dreamers is not responsible for any delays en route. Unfortunately, the delivery time is not legally binding. We do our best carefully the order as soon as possible on your delivery. We try to keep a delivery time of up to 3 weeks, if we for some reason this delivery time does not pick up, then we bring you here of course as soon as possible. All our furniture is hand-made by us after you have ordered. Once the furniture is finished we will contact you and it will be transferred to the courier service. 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, that is possible. You can specify a different delivery address with your order. This can be in step 2 of the order process. Check the box for "I wish to specify a different delivery address" and fill in the right of the delivery address. Please note that the package usually heavy and long.

Do you also deliver orders abroad?
Yes, we do ship items aboard. Unfortunately, it seems we are unable to ship our handmade beds to any country, so if you have a request please ask us so we can check with our carrier. We ship anything else worldwide! 
Yes, we currently supply to customers from Netherlands, Belgium, France, England and Germany. If you live in another country or wonder if we can ship an order to your country please send us an e-mail and then we look at what we can do for you!

Shipping costs
The indicated prices don't include shipping costs. The shipping costs are as follows:
The shipping costs for a package is €4.95, if your order is
 above €50,- in NL we will pay the shipping costs for you!

The shipping costs for EU zone 1 are: 
The shipping costs for a small package is €20,-
The shipping costs for a large package is €35,-

If you wish to order handmade furniture, the shipping costs are €50,- Please check with us first if it's possible to ship to your country. Orders outside the Netherlands we use a courier service with express service so that your order arrives quickly

The shipping costs for WW shipping: 
The shipping costs for a small package is €25
The shipping costs for a large package is €60
Unfortunately it's not easy for us to ship handmade furniture abroad, please contact us to check if it's possible to ship your item.

Pick up
If you live nearby Hoorn in the Netherlands there's a possibility to pick up your item. We will contact you to make an appointment. If you want to do this, please let us know in step 1 from the ordering process at "payment method" for "pay on pickup". The shipping costs are automatically removed from your invoice.

We care about our products and do our best to make the best products possible. If an order is damaged during transport, you can claim warranty. Legally you are supposed to report this to us within two months of notification of the defect. If the defect is within the warranty we will take care of repair or replacement.

Unfortunately sometimes things don't go as planned. We recommend that you first let us know by emailing If this does not lead to a solution it's possible to sign up for dispute mediation via Stichting Webwinkelkeur: From 15 February 2016, it is also possible to file complaints for consumers in the EU to sign up via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at When your complaint is still not in treatment, feel free to post your complaint to the platform of the European Union.

Can I return or exchange my products?
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason to cancel within 30 days. After cancellation you're having 14 days to return your product. You'll receive the full order amount including shipping credited. The costs to return your item to Little Dreamers is for your  your own account. Please note that you are responsible for the package until it arrived safely is at Little Dreamers. Wrap it carefully and send this  registered/insured. Please refer to your carrier's website for exact shipping rates. 

If you want to use turns your right of withdrawal, we ask you to take the following steps:
-Sign return to via an email to

-Fill out the return form (see link below)
-Return the return form along with the product and all accessories in the original condition and packaging to Little Dreamers.
-We will then specifying the order amount within 14 days of notification of your return refund provided the product is returned in good order.
