We care about our products and do our best to make the best products possible. If an order is damaged during transport, you can claim warranty. Legally you are supposed to report this to us within two months of notification of the defect. If the defect is within the warranty we will take care of repair or replacement.

If this does not lead to a solution it's possible to sign up for dispute mediation via Stichting Webwinkelkeur: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible to file complaints for consumers in the EU to sign up via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint is still not in treatment, feel free to post your complaint to the platform of the European Union.
